The Wessex League held 50th Birthday celebrations at Oakley Hall Hotel recently, and Wessex Chairman Tim Brown MBE announced the first inductees to the new Wessex Hall of Fame.
Aztecs were represented by three stalwarts of local basketball.
Steve Baker, who many of you will know as a referee, and Jeff Skinner, our Treasurer and membership secretary, were inducted for services to Wessex Basketball.
Becky Wellington, who was England Basketball Player of the Year in 2012 and 2013, was inducted as a player.
The Aztecs family is incredibly proud of them, and everyone congratulates them on this fine achievement.
